Terms of Service

01Subject

The Service promotes YouTube videos (ranking them at the top of search and recommendations for target queries), performs SEO analysis, generates metadata (tags, titles, descriptions), and provides related digital services. Scope and pricing are listed on the website and in your dashboard.

02Eligibility and capacity

The Service is available to adults with full legal capacity. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and entitled to accept these terms.

03Account and access

• Dashboard access works through Google or Telegram. Some features require linking a Telegram account.
• You are responsible for keeping your Google and Telegram accounts secure and for all activity in your account.
• Bypassing limits, automated abuse, exploiting vulnerabilities, and gaming bonuses are prohibited.

04Orders and payment

• Orders and subscriptions are paid from your internal balance, topped up through our payment provider, Heleket.
• The order price is fixed at checkout, including any active discounts and bonuses.
• An order is accepted once the charge succeeds and it enters the queue. One order covers one video unless the plan states otherwise.

05Workflow and timeframes

• Once you submit your link, indexing and ranking begin. Initial top placement happens within 1–24 hours.
• The full stabilization cycle takes 7 days, during which the algorithms calibrate and your position settles in.
• High demand may create a waitlist. Orders are processed in the order received, and you are notified when yours goes live.
• The video must have been published no more than 12 hours before you submit it. The fresher the upload, the better the result.

06Channel requirements

We accept channels with at least 10 videos and 50 subscribers. For newly created channels, guarantees apply only after an individual review.

07Content restrictions

We do not accept content involving children or political content. Adult or suggestive 18+ material (including swimwear, lingerie, and similar) is accepted by separate arrangement and without a results guarantee. This keeps channels safe and algorithm performance stable. The Service may decline any order without explanation.

08Integrity policy

Third-party view inflation and botting are prohibited. The Service uses organic optimization methods that the YouTube algorithm accepts and sustains naturally.

09Results guarantee

• If, within the agreed window, your video does not reach the top 10 for any of the ordered tags, the Service provides a free replacement or your next project free of charge.
• If you ordered several tags and the video reaches the top 10 for at least one, that counts as partial success, and no replacement applies.
• For ultra-competitive niches and high-difficulty tags, guarantee terms are agreed individually. We recommend settling them in advance.
• View counts are not guaranteed and depend on your content and niche. The Service delivers visibility at the top, while engagement depends on the video itself and its audience.

10Verifying rankings

YouTube results are personalized by region, device, and interests, so manual checks through a standard VPN often distort the data. For an objective picture, use the position-tracking tools in your dashboard.

11YouTube moderation and restrictions

The Service does not control YouTube’s internal moderation. If your video is restricted or removed, contact support. We will review the situation and offer technical solutions where possible.

12Video settings

Keep likes and comments open, as this supports natural algorithmic interaction. Do not apply age restrictions to your video, as this removes it from search rankings entirely.

13Bonuses, points, and the wheel of fortune

• Spins, loyalty points, and prizes are not money. They cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
• Prizes are applied under the Service’s rules. Large or non-standard prizes may require confirmation.
• Bonuses obtained by breaking the rules or through abuse are voided.

14Partnership program

A referral program is available, paying a percentage of the turnover of users you invite. Terms are listed in your dashboard and available from the manager.

15Data and privacy

The Service processes only the data needed to deliver the service: your email, Telegram identifier, and order and payment history. This data is used to run your account, fulfill orders, and provide support. It is never sold and is shared only with the payment provider and services essential to delivering the order. You can request access to or deletion of your data by contacting support. The full data-handling process is described in our Privacy Policy.

16Anti-fraud and payment disputes

All payments go through our provider, Heleket, and are recorded on the Service’s side. If you attempt to dispute a payment for an order already completed or in progress, or engage in fraudulent or chargeback abuse, the Service may suspend your account, void bonuses, and block access pending review.

17Account suspension and termination

The Service may limit, suspend, or close an account for breaches of these terms, bonus abuse, attempts to bypass limits, or actions that threaten the Service or other users. In cases of serious breach, funds tied to unfulfilled work may be withheld against damages; otherwise they are returned under the Refund Policy.

18Liability

The Service is not liable for YouTube’s actions (moderation, bans) or for losses not caused by the Service. The Service’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.

19Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The parties will seek to resolve disputes through negotiation; failing that, disputes go to the competent court at the Service’s place of registration.

20Refunds, changes, and contacts
