Refund Policy

01Balance top-ups

Any unspent balance is refundable on request through the manager, using the same method and currency or crypto as the original top-up. Payment-system network and bank fees are deducted.

02Promotion orders (digital service)

• Before launch. An order not yet in production can be cancelled with a full refund to your balance.
• After launch. The service is digital and begins as soon as it enters the queue, so no cash refund is available once it has started. Instead, a results guarantee applies: if your video does not reach the top 10 for any of the ordered tags within the agreed window, we provide a free replacement or your next project free of charge. The guarantee covers one free replacement per video. By placing an order, you agree to the immediate start of the service and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the service has begun.
• Partial success. If you ordered several tags and the video reaches the top 10 for at least one, no replacement is provided.
• Our fault. The amount is refunded to your balance or in cash by agreement.

03What affects the guarantee

• Channel requirements (at least 10 videos and 50 subscribers) and content restrictions are described in the Terms.
• For ultra-competitive niches and high-difficulty tags, guarantee terms are agreed individually. We recommend settling them in advance.
• View counts are not guaranteed and depend on your content and niche. The Service delivers visibility at the top, while engagement depends on the video itself and its audience.
• YouTube moderation bans and restrictions are outside the Service’s responsibility.

04Subscriptions

Subscriptions activate immediately and grant quotas (generations and analysis). No refund is given for a period already started; you can simply choose not to renew.

05Bonuses and prizes

Discounts, points, free spins, and wheel prizes have no cash value and are not refundable or exchangeable for money.

06How to request a refund

Contact the manager @Cloudy_Mira with your account email and order number. We review within a reasonable time, typically up to 7 business days.
